Gregory is the Practice Principal of Mortgage ID. He is Australian by birth but has lived in the UK since 1979. He qualified as an accountant but now specialises in offering his clients advice in the areas of mortgages and insurance. Greg will thoroughly analyse his client's entire financial position before making a recommendation. He lives in Cardiff with his wife Ingrid and son Greg. He believes in the benefits of holding property as a component of a diversified investment portfolio. He has rental properties in the UK, Jamaica & Cyprus. Over the years he has personally arranged thousands of mortgages. In each case he has shown his clients how they can protect their assets with comprehensive insurance. Greg is based in the Cardiff office of Mortage ID but travels extensively offering face to face advice to his clients. Greg can proudly say that in all his years in financial services, no client has brought a complaint against him about the advice he has provided and no client he has advised has been repossessed.

Richard Cheong FPC CeMAP

Richard has practiced as a financial adviser for for over 20 years. Like Greg, he was also born in Australia and has lived in Britain since 1977. He is vastly experienced in mortgage arranging of all sorts and both the personal and corporate insurance sectors. For the past 5 years most of his business has come from a mixture of residential and commercial mortgage broking and personal insurance protection where he is able to demonstrate to his clients the benefits of using a skilled broker to reduce costs. He prefers to conduct his business face to face with his clients in their homes and is always delighted to arrange a meeting which fits in with a clients diary including evenings and weekends.

Martin is Polish and has lived in the UK for nearly five years. He is multi lingual and moves easily between English and Polish with his loyal British and Polish clients. Before joining Morgage ID, Martin worked as a Broker Consultant with Birmingham Midshires where he reinforced his knowledge of all facets of residential & commercial mortgaging. He is a specialist in the buy to let market and has extensive commercial knowledge. Martin uses the most sophisticated software to chase down the best deals for his clients.
