If you engage us to help you find a mortgage, loan or insurance product we will ask you to provide often very detailed material for research, security, identification and verification purposes.

While we are actively engaged in sourcing a new mortgage, loan or insurance product for you we will contact you at any time to seek additional facts or to clarify information you have already provided. After your new product/s have gone live, we will contact you from time to time using the information provided – either by email, text (or other messages), telephone, post or electronically to ensure the products we recommended are still relevant to your situation.
We may also use your information for research and statistical analysis with the aim of improving our services.
We may pass your information collected online to companies and people who provide a service to us or are acting as our agents, on the understanding that they will also keep your information confidential.
We will retain information collected about you online for as long as permitted for legitimate business purposes.

Mortgage ID and the advisers and staff within our company are committed to safeguarding the privacy of your information. By ‘your information’ we mean any information about you that you or third parties have provided to us.
